Why use a property manager?

Don’t feel like you’re the only one that asks themselves, “why would I use a property manager when I can do it myself and save money?” It’s a very common question! And for it, I have a very simple answer:

  1. I have access to expensive technology that allows us to do credit checks, background checks, and employment and income verifications for potential tenants.

  2. I have a network of dozens of service industry businesses, and a contractor for a husband - I can handle maintenance requests very quickly, and very cost effectively.

  3. I will handle all rent collections - yes, even from the tenants that like to pay cash and want to meet in-person to hand it over, month-after-month!

  4. I will handle evictions, if that becomes necessary.

  5. I will handle turnover between tenants without you ever having to lift a finger (unless you want to, of course)! Plus, I will do it as quickly and financially efficient as possible.

  6. And best-of-all in the eyes of most landlords, I will handle all of the 1:00 am emergency calls!
